Original AirPods and AirPod2s don’t have any tips. The just hang in the ear; they don’t actually go into the ear canal. AirPros come with 3 sets of tips.

No, AirPods don’t have tips. However, there are a number of silicone accessories that hold them in place more securely. AirPods do not go in the ear (or they shouldn’t). They hang on in the notch forward of the earlobe. Size shouldn’t matter if they are placed correctly.
Make sure you know the model of ear pods you are ordering for. Only Air Pods Pro use tips - since you mentioned Air Pod Pro, I assume you have the latest model.

I’ve bought my daughter air pods for Xmas and one doesn’t fit it’s too big so I wanted to know what I could do .... as I know the pro come with different sizes which I have just found out. On amazon do I just look for tips ?
