Hello I am having trouble applying funds from iTunes to Apple ID . Messaged comes up to contact ITunes Store support .

iPhone 12 mini, iOS 14

We recommend checking out the steps in the article here: If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store


Additionally, you might be seeing one of the following messages:


  • “This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons”
  • "You can't sign in because your account was disabled for security reasons"
  • "This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons"


In which case you'll want to follow the steps here: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled


Lastly, if you are seeing the message "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes" contact Apple support using the link in the article here: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'
