Apple Watch SE re-installing strap

I can't see or find where the strap end slides through on my SE 6 Apple Watch. It slid out but now I can't get the strap back on

Can't remove Apple Watch strap - one is fine the other won't remove. I can remove one side of the strap, but the button that releases the other side won't go in so can't remove the strap. Any suggestions?
