Iphone 12 Getting warm using the camera

Hello all,

So I am setting up a ETSY shop online and was using my Iphone12 Camera a lot and it started to get warm hot anyone have that issue?

I have a iPhone 12 too and when using the camera heavily it dose get warm wich i am pritty sure is normal. for comparison my old iphone 7 use to get very hot when taking vidios and using portrait mode. Btw on another topic is your iphone's battery drain quite rapidly after use?
