my apple tv does not recognize my apple ID password

We see you're having issues signing into your Apple ID on your Apple TV.

To get us started, are you able to sign into this same account on other devices, or at iCloud.com, or the Apple ID website?

If so, we'd recommend working through the following steps to check your Apple TV internet connection:

• If your Apple TV won't connect to Wi-Fi

However, if you're unable to sign into your Apple ID on other devices or on the web, then the password may need to be reset. Those steps can be found here:
