I ve been charged 799.99 Egyptian pounds - it came through my account ,,,

although I m only subscribed to a 2TB iCloud storage for 189.99 Egy, pounds per month ,,,

I can't reach the details of this transaction ,,, and I asked the bank it came through ,,,

How can I find its details ,, and request a refund ,,

links I found in inside my ID, do not show this transaction ,,

Can I send my case via email - to support,, ???

Refund of fraudulent charge of $81.18 I called your help line ... which is a crap. went on line Apple.com , this now second time you got me stuck with no resolution. I am out of my patience.
