schooltime mode

My daughter got an apple watch SE for Christmas gift. I set her watch with my iPhone by family function. I also scheduled her watch with schooltime mode. Now during the school time, I cannot find her watch location and also cannot connect her watch with my WATCH app. Is it normal? Or what I missed? (Apple watch has internet function and both my iPhone and my daughter's watch have updated to newest iOS already) Thanks.

Hey Kethanmom,

If we understand correctly, you set up an Apple Watch using family members iPhone and you cannot see the location or manage the Apple Watch from your iPhone.

In the Watch app do to see a section called Family Watches?

Can you see the location and manage the Apple Watch with Schooltime disabled?

The Apple Watch does not appear in the Watch app?

"Manage a family member’s Apple Watch

  1. Open the Apple Watch app on the iPhone used to manage the watch.
  2. Tap All Watches, tap a watch under Family Watches, then tap Done.

When you tap My Watch for a managed watch, you see a variety of settings, including the following:"
