Can I have 2 apple Ids, one for personal and one for apple tv subscription?

You can one AppleID for the "store" (movies, music, apps, etc), another for "icloud" (photos, password and data syncing, etc) and a third for "game center".

But I don't recommend it. Most people who have more than one AppleID (including me) are trying to figure out how to consolidate everything into one account.
