Scrolling issues iPhone 12 pro

Lately I’ve been experiencing scrolling issues with my iPhone. I’m scrolling, and suddenly the phone doesn’t react to my touch and a second or so passes by till I try again to take over the device. It’s pretty annoying and I’d like if someone has any suggestion or a solution for this problem.

iPhone scrolling issues after update 15.3.1 i have iPhone 13 pro, I just updated to OS 15.3.1 when I plug in the phone charger, I have issues scrolling up and down on the browser or any contents, closing apps or just switch through programs. when I unplug the charge, it works fine.
