I already purchased an iphone 12 promax in Japan and I made payment and now I want to change my order. Can I change my order?

If the shipment is still pending, you can try to make changes here:--> https://www.apple.com/shop/help/viewing_changing_orders

If you already got the product (or it has been shipped by Apple), you have 14 days to return it and ask for a refund.
