Hi! I have the same issue it happened this mornig. I contacted my bank they said to call the merchant. I called the russian number in the app and email also but those are not working. I called the bank again and said call apple. But apple cant help me since it shows 0.00 aed charge. I dont know how to get my refund. I found an article about this in gulf news dated feb 2020 but did not mention if resolved or not.
