Very disappointed in service
I have apple care. Has anyone every gotten something sent in and they take 3+ weeks to send your replacement/electronic back ??? I don’t know if this is normal, but I am highly disappointed. I have an iPhone xs max; the front has minor cracks also has a green line down the screen, only bottom half works. I also had shattered the back so they looked at it and I was eligible for a replacement phone. It has been 2 1/2 weeks and my replacement hasn’t even gotten shipped !!! (Remind you, my phone got sent in on the 12.15.2020, they received it on 12.18.20, said I was eligible for a replacement on 12.21.20)
shouldn’t it have gotten shipped after they seen I was eligible for a new one ??? Next time it makes me not even want to through apple, it’d be faster to get it fixed by someone local
