Cloud storage
For the last few years I have ran out of iphone cloud storage - so my photos have not been saved. I have just bought more storage but want to ensure these photos in the interim are now synced - is that possible?

If the photos are on your device, then they should eventually sync if your device is plugged in to power, connected to WiFi, and locked.
