Renewed Apple iPad Air 2 not updating
I just bought a renewed ipad air 2 that will not complete the software update to 14.3. It goes through the whole process and when it's just about to finish, I get an error message with no info.

How are you updating? On the iPad or via a PC?

Hitting the Download and Install button. Is there a better way? I'm ignorant to everything Apple so I need to be schooled.
I only have the iPad and my Chromebook. I do not have a PC at my house.
The PC is the same as a Chromebook, you can use any sort of computer as long as it can run iTunes.
