Get no audio on any inbound or outbound phone calls. Speaker button is greyed out. audio good locally for music.

If your carrier supports VoLTE, turn that off to see if you can hear on those calls again. Tap Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options for those options. Next to Enable LTE, if it says "Voice & Data", then VoLTE is turned on. If this is on, turn it off and test the sound issue on calls: About the LTE options on your iPhone

If the issue continues, let us know more details:

• Do you experience the same behavior with FaceTime audio calls?
• If using headphones, does the audio return during calls?
