When will they update ios so that you can control your own volume with out it automatically
turning it down and telling you its too loud for you?

Hi riskay,
It sounds like you want to be able to turn off headphone notifications and we can help.
Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety.
In the headphone safety screen you can choose to reduce certain sounds and be limit volumes.
