I want to close the I tunes acc and don’t charge again for that

Do you mean an Apple Music subscription? There isn't really anything called an "iTunes account".
Manage your Apple Music subscription - Apple Support -"Learn how to change from an Individual membership to a Family membership, turn off automatic renewal, or join Apple Music later."
