Siri ask me to "Get to know SIri with Apple"

is this about link Siri with apple ?

please advise what i need to do

thank you for replying!

each time i open siri there is always will be reminder saying "Get to know siri with apple " sometime siri won't respond correctly and this reminder will pop up!

i am confuse and tried many thing still i am cannot get the message proper solutions

please advice
