Push notification certificate Renewal failure

Hi, was renewing the push notification certificate in profile manager using the same apple id that the certificate was created with, and i got this message

can anyone help?

Revoking or allowing this certificate to expire will require existing devices to be re-enrolled with a new push certificate. Apple Push Notification Service certificiates I have iPhones/iPads but do not have a Mac (and thus have zero Mac server administration tools). I cannot figure out where I should go/what I should do to fix this situation: The following Apple Push Notification Service certificates, created for AppleID XXXXXXXXXX will expire on July 26, 2019.
