Are the apps that you are attempting to access, downloaded form the App Store or from another source like an enterprise app? If these are enterprise apps, try the following steps:


"Tap Settings > General > Profiles or Profiles & Device Management. Under the "Enterprise App" heading, you see a profile for the developer. You should have "Trust XXX" this option, if you can't verify/trust this app, you will need to contact the App Developer for the further assistance."


Install custom enterprise apps on iOS


If the apps were downloaded from the App Store, see this:


If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open
