Apple watch series 6

I was looking through the compatibility of the watch with cell phone carriers or providers. I have seen a lot of providers but do not see mine listed. I currently have my iphone connected with FirstNet for first responders. If I get the apple watch will it work and connect with my iphone ?

Only if it's the non cellular GPS only version.

Can an apple watch series 3 be paired with any phone network? Looking a buying a Apple watch for my sister but her phone contract is with Tesco Mobile. Will still work with the Apple Watch Series 3 (Not Cellular) Thanks
