Time zones

Hello!

Please tell me if the time zones update will come (including on iOS 12.5 devices)?

In particular, I am interested in updating the time zone in Volgograd Oblast, Russia (on December 27, 2020, Volgograd Oblast moved from UTC+4 to UTC+3).

Time Zone UTC-12 Hello, is there any city in Iphone time setting corresponding to time zone UTC-12 (Baker US or Howland US Islands) as it seems these zones are not included?
