Free trial apps automatic renewal

I tried a free trail app but didn’t wanted to subscribe, but i forgot to cancel it before 24h and i can’t downlod any app or renew my itune subscription.

how can i do to remove the subscription knowing that i don’t want to pay for an apps i don’t wanna use?

iPhone 8, iOS 14
