icloud email problem
I have a problem in my icloud email. I can receive messages but I can't send them even I use a cellular data.

I got through your reply and I checked all points but Unfortunately the email still doesn't work, I can receive only.
to clarify my problem, I have anther email on gmail. I sent an email from gmail to my anther email on Icloud. The email was received. At the same time I tried to reply on the same email from I cloud to gmail, the mail was not received.
Moreover I opened the icloud email from my laptop (windows 10) and tried to reply on the same email but it doesn't work.
This problem is appeared even I use the email application on Iphone or open the icloud on my laptop and try to send an email.
How can I fix this problem?
