Why doesn’t the new iPhone SE have a Night Mode camera setting?

Recently, I got a new iPhone SE (2020) and was excited to take night photos on it, until I realized that it doesn’t have support for night mode, so that makes me wonder, Why does it not have a night mode setting? It should be possible since the iPhone 11 has it, so why not this?
