possible virus/malware from e-mail attachment

Hello!

Almost a year ago, I received a mail( on Yahoo mail) supposedly from PayPal, which said that my account has been blocked. The e-mail had an attachment which I opened on my IPhone and there was a link which redirected me to a site to introduce my PayPal info. I didn’t introduce any personal info.

I did some research after that and found out that it was a Phishing e-mail.

I was wondering if I could ve infected my phone from opening that attachment in the Yahoo mail app( I didn’t download it on my phone).

I bought a MacBook and I’m not sure if it’s safe to use the same iCloud account that I have on my phone.

I haven’t noticed anything abnormal on my phone such as battery decreasing faster/ apps that I didn’t install.

Any advice ? Should I create another iCloud account to use on my MacBook or fabric reset my phone ?

Thank you very much!

Also, sorry for any grammer mistake, english isn’t my first language.
