cancel subscription

I am having trouble cancelling a microsoft 365 Personal subscription. I bought it through apple and it is definitely a subscription but when I click on manage I cannot end the subscription. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that i bought it in spain and now live in switzerland? HELP? Microsoft and apple support are both proving useless in helping me.

Thank you for your help. I have had a look but it doesn't work, I think there is something strange wrong...take a look at my screenshots. And when I look at my purchase history on itunes, it shows that I paid for it, it is a subscrition and it will renew in a couple months. Also when I log in using the insturctions you sent. But when I click on manage, I have no options to manage, it just sends me to more information, similar to what you sent and then when I click on unsubscribe, just more general information. Does anyone know how to contact apple for real support? I have only talked to a robot who just sends me general information and I think my problem is more complicated. I dont fit any of the scenarios.
