Hotspot problems

Having trouble connecting other devices to my iPhone 12 Pro Max hotspot. The devices are trying connect but says that it is having authentication problem!

Auto-connect not working for WiFi Hotspot in GM vehicle We’ve had a Wi-Fi hotspot in our car for a couple of years. My iPhone has always auto connected after starting the car. It recently stopped auto connecting even though I still have auto join on. I have to manually select the Wi-Fi every time I get in the car. My husband has a Samsung and has no issue with auto connecting.
