Yes, you are right. I don't have it on my iPhone 11 Pro but I have it my old iPhone 6.
The serial number for your phone is listed in Settings > General > About
The number is also printed on the box the phone came in.
And if you can't turn on your iPhone or can't find the box, the serial number is also printed on the back of your phone.
