final cut pro wer. 10.5.1 not work

After updating to version 10.5.1 the final cut stopped working. Turns on for 2 seconds and suddenly turns off. Uninstalling and reinstalling did nothing.

Whenever there is a crash, you should delete the application preferences because they can become corrupted and cause odd behavior.


To delete preferences, hold down command and option while launching FCPX and click Delete Preferences. Reopen the library you were working on, set the preferences the way you like them, and try again.


Another thing to double-check is that FCP has been given Full Disk Access in System Preferences->Security & Privacy->Privacy.
