Hey i just got my iphone 12 pro around a month ago. Currently I have an issue with my hands and cant hold heavy phones so im having difficulty using this phone. Can i trade it for the iphone 12 mini since it is way much lighter?

No, Apple is not accepting trade-ins for that model and you are past the return period depending on the actual date you purchased it. Sell it yourself and use that money to purchase your 12 mini. Have you compared the weight difference?

Yeah I guess that’s my next option, i did compare sizes. The 12 mini is much more lightweight, its a shame I didn’t purchase it first.. thank you!
