Transferring notes from iPhone to PC without iCloud

I'm wondering if there's a way to transfer notes from the Notes app on my iPhone to my PC. I tried using iCloud, but in order to upload my notes, it seems that I have to back up my entire phone, and I don't have the iCloud space for that. Is there a way to upload ONLY my notes to iCloud? Or is there another way to upload them to my computer? I tried using a third party application, but it didn't support transferring notes with recent iOS updates. When I simply plug my iPhone into my laptop, it doesn't recognize that I have anything except pictures on it. I have over 500 notes and I would hate to lose them because they aren't backed up anywhere.
