I got a text message that my card was added to an iPhone 8 I don't own

I have never used Apple Pay before but got a text message that my card was added to an iPhone 8 mbl owned by Sam. The message came from a mbl number:***** *** 260.

Message states that if this is not my device, I should contact : ****

i have an iPhone

please advise urgently
