under specifications World Device for the Ipad Air it says N/A and for Ipad Works in over 200 countries depending on your plan.
Is that True? I will be paying more for the Ipad Air yet i cant use it outside the US ?
iPads come in 2 types - some have capability of connecting to
a cellular network and some only connect to wifi.
Unless an iPad is purchased directly from a wireless provider as part
of a deal that locks the iPad to that wireless provider, iPads are unlocked.
