Keep getting "bad request" or error 400 on Safari ever since updated to Big Sur 11.1 on MacOS

Ever since I updated to Big Sur 11.1, website links won't open. Sometimes it's just linking from Facebook or other websites, but I also can't type them in independently. I know many of these are safe websites. I also have Avast Anti Track that blocks/clears cookies, but it wasn't interfering with websites prior to the update. I'm at my wit's end. It's wasting soooo much time trying to find a work around (many times unsuccessfully). Thanks!
