New phone
I just purchased a refurbished iPhone 11 and I transferred data to it and it started blinking and white off and on screens and then it went black and I can’t turn off or on
what do I do now

Where did you purchase this refurbished phone from? That will determine the quality of the phone and whether or not Apple will service it.
