Hello, so I just recently got a new iPhone 11. and I had all my date and everything transferred from my iPhone 7 plus to the 11 and game pigeon didn’t transfer. So i went to download and it won’t let reinstall it. I have emailed game pigeon already a few times but nothing has happened. Is there anything I can’t do to get this game.

Yes, we all had the same type of phones and all switched to the 11 on christmas. We all did the same thing and transferred our date and everything to the new phone. but they are not having any problems with game pigeon. they can redownloading, installing and running the app. But my phone won’t let me.

Yes I am trying to download it from Apple App store. and it has the little cloud thing that shows you had it before and to reinstall it. Well when I click on the cloud this is loads for like 2 seconds then nothing happens. The cloud thing just appears again. I have emailed and tweeted to game pigeon cause I use this to play with my brother and sister that I don’t see. It’s just a thing that we do. I also just always played this app literally almost everyday. So it’s getting annoying that I can’t get it.
No, I have spent hours on the phone Apple. and my Carrier. they both told me that I would just have to wait until Game pigeon updates there game. Okay, but what I don’t understand is that me and my two cousins got the same phone and the same time. And all of our phones did the update but they can get game pigeon but i can’t reinstall it.
So, you are saying that they also had iPhone 7's and they both also replaced them with iPhone 11 models, and are not having any issues with re-downloading, installing, & running this app?
