iPad 8th gen Battery Health

My ipad 8th gen is around 3 months old now, recently I started to notice that my iPad's battery was draining much faster then it used to when I first bought it. So naturally I decided to check the battery health. Since apple doesn't have any sort of native ipados feature to check my battery health, I used imazing and 3u Tools and was surprised to see that both of them reported my battery health as 84%, considering that the ipad has only 45 charge cycles(picture attached) and was used for only 3 months. At this point I'm not sure what I should do, since I don't have an apple store in my country ( Note: This is a us bought ipad). I could go for a battery replacement from the local market, but I guess that would void apple's one year warranty (valid till oct 2021). What should i do at this point, since I'm not sure how accurate these applications.

Here is a list of precautions that i have taken over the past 3 months

I tried to maintain my iPad's battery between 20-90 percent and have charged it to 100 percent only thrice. I have only used my ipad while charging for about 4-5 days total (even then i made sure to unplug my ipad at 80-90 percent), and lastly I only use the charger and cable that comes in the box to charger my ipad and a anker mfi certified usb A to lightning cable to connect the ipad to my laptop (Lenovo y720) and sometimes charge it via my laptop

I use my ipad on a daily basis for mainly goodnotes, netflix and youtube.

Would really appreciate any help regarding what

I hope u don't mind the bad english. Thanks

iPad, iPadOS 14
