The Battery shows "the battery is not charged"

My macbook is Macbook pro 2019 - 15inch.

But now i have an issue with it.

Sometimes, when i charge my macbook - the charging icon sill appears in my tool bar.

But when i click to the battery icon, it presents that "the battery is not charged" and the percentage of the battery does not also increase. Also, when i restart the Macbook with 100 percent of the battery, the lockout screen shows 96 percents, but when i enter the macbook with my password, the battery will show 100 percent again.

Moreover, since i updated Big Sur, the sound of the charging does not appear.

The charging count: under 300

The battery status: normal
