I did unsubscribe for Apple TV and Apple Arcade
But in manage subscriptions only showed for Apple TV been cancelled but didn’t showed Apple Arcade
That screenshot shows that the Apple One subscription has been cancelled, which is a bundle that includes both Apple TV Plus and Apple Arcade (along with others)
