Portrait mode on ipad

HELP When I switch to portrait photo on iPad Pro it always swings around to take a selfie ?

Portrait mode is not available for the rear camera.

Portrait View on iPad only shows selfie My iPad Pro will only shows Portrait View as a Selfie. Other Views works perfectly. Any suggestions? I was hoping this last IOS Version would address the issue but that is not the case.
