Disable iPhone predictive text

Why does my **** phone take exactly what I said in wanted it to type. And just as I’m about to push send it changes the **** thing. I remember when the stuff first came out and it was awesome and almost always correct. It’s like these things gotten dumber over the years they should start calling them dumb phones and not smart phones anymore

I tried months ago with Apple support and they couldn’t figure it out and suggested I do a factory reset. That did nothing to fix the issue. I have turned predictive text off on both devices.
