If we understand correctly, you haven’t been able to use your cellular service on your iPhone for a few days, and you’ve gone through all of the troubleshooting steps here:
If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
If we’re on the same page, you’ve already restarted, updated both the iOS and carrier settings, replaced the SIM card, reset your network settings, and contacted your carrier. If your carrier confirmed everything is OK on their end, you may need to reach out to Apple Support from here.
If you’re seeing a message that says “Cellular/Mobile Update Failed” or if you go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile and you see a message that says, “An update I required to use cellular data on this iPhone” you may need to follow the steps outlined in the “What to do next” section here:
