Erase Old NAS with known IP address

I can use a bit of help. I have an old Triton Technologies T-Nas and I have no idea what is on it. I want to securely erase it, but I'm not sure how. I'm able to see it on our network, but it's so old I can't access it with my current browsers. I've tried Chrome, Firefox, Safari. The closest I've gotten is with Chrome I can get a 403 Forbidden Error "Current version only supports "Internet Explore 5.0" or above". I don't think I would remember the admin password anyway.

Is there a way using terminal or a third party application to erase it?

thank you

Marc
