FaceTime Video keeps freezing

My wife uses FaceTime to talk to our daughter and grandson in LA, (we're in the UK).

But the FaceTime video on her phone (iPhone 10 running iOS 14.3), keeps freezing and a 'poor connection' message appears. Our internet connection is fine (100MBPS), so I'm wondering what the issue is. Any suggestions?

Hi, same here, UK to NZ and on 14.3 on my iPad. Fine for about 5-10 minutes then a poor connection freeze which requires a reconnecting of FaceTime. A recent problem so think it’s an IOS issue rather than WI-FI.
