iPhone XR weird sound
Hi there - My daughter's iPhone XR is making a weird sound w/vibration, not the typical vibration sound. If I had to put it into words, it sounds like 'ert'. Anyone else experienced this issue?

We understand that your daughter’s iPhone is not vibrating as expected. We’d like to help however we can.
To start, are they using a case or protective film with the iPhone XR? If so, does this issue continue if either are removed?
Also, does this happen with every vibration pattern selected in Settings? See the “Set sound and vibration options” section here:
