unless you've jailbroken your iPhone, highly unlikely that it is hacked.

What are you seeing that leads you to believe you've been hacked?

spam in your calendar?

• For iOS 13 and earlier: go to Settings/Passwords & Accounts; look under Subscribed Calendars, tap on the spam calendar and tap delete.
• For iOS 14: go to Settings/Calendar/Accounts; look under Subscribed Calendars, tap on the spam calendar and tap delete.
• Remove spam from Calendar on your iPhone - Apple Support

pop up message telling you that there is a virus?

it's a scam

sharing an Apple ID with someone?

don't do that

think your Apple ID is compromised?

Modify your Credentials, ASAP:

• Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Password for each and all sites)
• Associate: a different method of payment to your account
• Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option

I have no idea what the less than symbol would be.. can you get a screenshot?

If you check Settings > General > About, what is your Software Version?

If you check Settings > Battery > Battery Health, what is that percentage?

Where does it say that you are connected to an iMac?

that looks like an icon used for Spoken Content.

go to Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content and check if the switch is turned on for Speak Screen.

If that switch is turned on, you can turn it off.. or you can turn off the Speech Controller

This is in Settings > Bluetooth it looks like?

'Other Devices' should be listing devices that are in range but not paired.

Doesn't look like anything to be worried about.. If you don't know what it is, just don't tap on it
