Hello,recently i have bought a new pair of airpods pro,i am as well an owner of an apple watch 4 and iphone 8 plus,i had use before airpods 2 but i wanted to upgrade, my iphone start lagging when i connect both airpods and apple watch,have even difficulties conecting,when i turn of my apple watch the problem disappear,is phone the problem?
The software is up to date on all devices

You seem to be saying that your iPhone is slow when the Apple Watch and AirPods are both connected, but when the watch is disconnected, the phone runs at a normal speed, correct? Hmm.
Note: all three devices are designed to work with each other without incident.
The only thing that I can figure out is that there is some syncing going on that will soon resolve itself. Give it more time:
