I can't run Quicken 2000 in OS9 due to AppleGuideGlueLib being missing
An earlier post suggested this KBase article:

But I can't find that article any more.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sometimes the answer is right in front of you, but you just can't see it, no matter how many times you look!
And then someone comes along with a fresh way to approach it and voilå : there it is!!
I own the original installer CD for Quicken 2000, but I used your link to download it again off of Macintosh Garden.
I reinstalled it and as I opened up the installation, I noticed the Read Me file that has been there all along.
And in Paragraph 4. of the Troubleshooting in Read Me: "Apple Guide: If you disable the Apple Guide extension you will get an error warning you about the AppleGuideGluLib. You will need to re-enable the Apple Guide extension and reboot your computer.
So, I looked in the OS 9 System Folder of my SheepShaver and sure enough there is no Apple Guide Extension.
I downloaded a complete OS 9.04 installer and found the Apple Guide Extension, rebooted and now Quicken 2000 works like a charm!!
Thank you!
Why is Quicken 2000 so important to me?
I have some late 1990's Quicken files created in Quicken 98 and I have to use Sheepshaver to access them. But I would much rather work with them in Quicken 2007 in High Sierra, which is my everyday working version of Quicken.
But to get there, I must use Quicken 2000 to update the Q98 data file, then use the PPC version of Q2006 to update the Q2000 data file and then finally use Quicken 2007 to update the Q2006 data file, and now I have immediate access to it.
My other tip: at the end of every year now in Quicken, I do an Export of ALL transactions in a CSV Text file format, to that if I ever lose access to Quicken, I can open it up in Excel and process the transactions as needed.

Looks like that link never got cataloged in Archive.org.
I did find the original Quicken 2000 distribution for the Mac has been archived on the net:
