I have just purchased an Apple Watch SE cellular - And simply want to enable music playback for my daughter without subscribing to Apple Music - She has no iPhone.

There Must be an iPhone somewhere in the mix. Either using your iPhone and the Apple Watch Family Plan as described above, or your daughter needs to have her own iPhone.

I am family sharing an iwatch and Apple music family plan. However, the family shared iwatch doesn’t recognize the music subscription. What is recommended to resolve why music isn’t available on the watch? The watch states a family member must set up a subscription (which I have completed). Thanks
